Roland Azure is the owner and CEO of Trans-Assure, Inc. Roland was born in Ghana, West Africa , where he worked for a number of years as a soldier in the Ghana Armed Forces. On two occasions, in 1986 and 1991, he served with the United Nations Interim Forces in Lebanon as a Peacekeeper, commanding a Section on his second tour. After moving to the United States in 1998, Roland began working as a vehicle parts delivery driver for a major car manufacturer before moving into security. While working in security, Roland began attending school for Computer Science, majoring in Computer Networking. During this time, Roland also founded Trans-Assure, Inc. He had to work from sun-up to sun-down to keep up with his duties and tasks, but what he was doing was very important to him.

After graduating with a Computer Science/Computer Networking degree, Roland continued his education and received a Masters Degree in Public Administration, also from Strayer. Additionally, he obtained a diploma in Healthcare Marketing, after which he secured a part-time job working for Medical Professionals On-Call, Inc., a home health agency, as a Marketing Director. Meanwhile, he continued to grow Trans-Assure, Inc., and it has now become one of the most trusted and reliable non-medical transportation companies in Northern Virginia .

Roland founded Trans-Assure, Inc., in 2002 because of his skills as a kind, sympathetic, and reliable driver. He was the name most requested because of his attention to the comfort and needs of his clients.

Today, Trans-Assure, Inc., employs 30 drivers and staff. Roland looks for the same attitude of reliability and dedication to the clients' needs in his employees as he demands from himself. Trans-Assure employees undergo frequent in-service trainings in order to maintain the highest quality of customer service available. They are trained and encouraged to be able to put clients at ease, as well as maintaining impeccable driving abilities and time reliability.
