About us
Trans-Assure was established to service the needs of accident victims, frail and aging citizens, disabled individuals and the entire population of people that had a need for personalized and dependable transportation services. Generally such individuals require a level of attentiveness and due care that most transportation companies just can not provide. Most transportation providers are not geared towards serving the unique needs of these individuals but they are forced to use such services because there isn't many options to securing dependable private transportation services. At Trans-Assure, our mandate is simple. We wait on you, not the other way around. Our promise is that you will receive the highest level of client care and be treated with dignity and respect. No more missed appointments due to untimely taxis and no more strangers driving you around.
We will pick up at client location, take them to their destination, and bring them back in a timely manner. We will wait for them during appointments, and drive them to multiple locations if they require.
We like to have 24 hr notice for all appointments to ensure vehicle availability although last minute calls will be accepted.
